The internal gear pump primarily consists of the mounting flange, housing, cover, pinion shaft, internal gear, segment and segment support. The cast iron of high strength is used in the housing and cover, producing very low sound level. In this internal gear pump , the pinion shaft drives the toothed internal gear in the direction of rotation. The tooth clearances opening in the suction area prime the fluid. Then the fluid is transported into the tooth clearances of the pinion and internal grea from the suction area to the pressure area, resulting the compressive force, which presses the segment and segment support against the tooth tips of the pinion shaft and internal gear. It works to seperate the pressure area from the suction area with automatic adjustment. It's widely used in metal processing machines
