The KHG H0-20-01 R-V-P-C is a high-pressure hydraulic internal gear pump specially designed industrial applications that need a stable and efficient fluid power source. This reliable pump is incorporated with the cast iron body and gap compensation, ensuring high volumetric efficiency and durability throughout its entire operating range, from low speeds of 600 rpm to high speeds of 3000 rpm with a maxium pressure of 30 Mpa.
The internal gear pump primarily consists of the mounting flange, housing, cover, pinion shaft, internal gear, segment, and segment support. High-strength cast iron is used for the housing and cover, resulting in a very low sound level during operation.
In this internal gear pump, the pinion shaft drives the toothed internal gear in the direction of rotation. The tooth clearances opening in the suction area prime the fluid. The fluid is then transported into the tooth clearances of the pinion and internal gear from the suction area to the pressure area, creating compressive force. This force presses the segment and segment support against the tooth tips of the pinion shaft and internal gear. This mechanism works to separate the pressure area from the suction area with automatic adjustment. With its low level of sound and pressure pulsation, this KHG H0-20-01 R-V-P-C gear pump can work very smoothly and quietly, highly suitable for different working enviroment that requires low noise level.
