Keister is one of the leading manufacturers of hydraulic pumps in China. Its newly developed KHG H0-16-01 R-V-P-C is a type of hydraulic internal gear pump designed for high-pressure applications up to 35 MPa. This robust pump is specially designed with the gap compensation,ensuring high reliability and high volumetric efficency during entir operating time from low speed (600 rpm to high speed(3000r pm). The pump is housed in the cast iron body of high strength, which ensures the durability and no load cycle limits, making it suitable for long time continously running.
The internal gear pump is composed of several key components: the mounting flange, housing, cover, pinion shaft, internal gear, segment, and segment support. The housing and cover are made from high-strength cast iron, which ensures a very low noise level during operation.
In this pump, the pinion shaft drives the toothed internal gear in its rotational direction. The tooth clearances open in the suction area to draw in fluid, which is then transported through the tooth clearances of the pinion and internal gear from the suction area to the pressure area. This creates compressive force, pressing the segment and segment support against the tooth tips of the pinion shaft and internal gear. This mechanism automatically adjusts to separate the pressure area from the suction area.
